King Charles III Coronation Medal Nominations - DEADLINE FOR NOMINATIONS JULY 26, 2024

JUST A REMINDER THAT AS OF JULY 26, 2024 WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING NOMINATIONS FOR KING CHARLES III CORONATION MEDALS

Nominations are now open for His Majesty King Charles III Coronation Medal. As the Member of Parliament for London-Fanshawe, I am pleased to participate as a nominating partner with 20 medals allocated to deserving recipients in our community.

Eligible candidates must meet the following national criteria:

Have made significant contributions to the country, a province, territory, region or community, or an achievement abroad that brings credit to Canada, and

Was alive on May 6, 2023, the date of His Majesty’s Coronation. The award can be made posthumously, as long as the nominee was alive on that date.

Community members are invited to nominate outstanding individuals who made a difference in the community for the King Charles III Coronation Medals. Consideration will be given to residents of London-Fanshawe.

Please complete the nomination form, and any additional information must be sent in a PDF format and will not be accepted in any other format (Maximum one page letter in addition to the nomination form with a maximum of 500 words, will be accepted).
